Once it was everything. Attention was lavished upon it. It was deemed right and beautiful. People came from far away to see it.
How the mighty has fallen. Broken now, soon to be reduced to rubble. Forgotten by all but those who loved it.
The passage of the sculpture master model from being valuable to scrap heap is rather biblical. Once the original art has been successfully molded and the parts cast, the original is done and takes up precious floor space. Dumpster time.
